No. Private Female Biomarker stores all your data exclusively on your iPhone. Your health information never syncs to cloud servers unless you explicitly export it yourself. This is by designācomplete privacy and control.
Can I export my data? +
Yes! You can export your complete health records as JSON, generate a professional PDF summary for your doctor, export charts, or share individual lab reports. All exports are initiated by you and sent only where you choose.
What if I lose my phone? +
Since your data is stored only on your device, you should back up your iPhone regularly through iCloud or your computer. When you restore to a new device, your data will be available if you've enabled backups. We recommend regular exports as an additional safety measure.
Is the AI explanation feature private? +
Yes. When you use AI explanations, only structured biomarker data (names, values, ranges) is sentānot your original files, notes, or personal information. This data is processed securely and deleted immediately after generating your explanation.
Does the app track me? +
Absolutely not. We don't use any tracking SDKs, analytics services, or advertising networks. We have no way to know how you use the app beyond what you choose to tell us. Your privacy is protected by design.
Can I use this app with my doctor? +
Yes! The app includes a "Clinician PDF" export feature that generates a professional summary you can share with your healthcare provider. However, remember that the app is a companion tool, not a substitute for professional medical advice.
What happens if I delete the app? +
If you delete the app without backing up your data, your health records stored on that device will be deleted. Make sure to export your important records before deleting the app if you want to keep them.
Is my data encrypted? +
Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest using iOS security standards. When you optionally use AI features, data in transit uses industry-standard encryption. Your privacy is protected both on your device and in transit.
