Overview

Private Female Biomarker is distributed through Apple's App Store and operates under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for iOS apps, supplemented by these additional terms specific to our app.

License to Use

Apple grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use Private Female Biomarker on your iPhone, subject to the terms and conditions of Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (view Apple's EULA) and these terms.

Permitted Use

You may use Private Female Biomarker for your personal, non-commercial health record-keeping purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to violate any laws or regulations
• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any of its contents
• Use the app for any commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's systems
• Sell, resell, or redistribute the app or your access to it

Medical Disclaimer

Your Data & Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Backing up your data regularly to protect against loss
• Maintaining confidentiality of any exported health records
• Accuracy of information you input into the app
• Compliance with all applicable healthcare and privacy laws

The app stores data locally on your device. We strongly recommend regularly backing up your iPhone to iCloud or your computer to prevent data loss.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Private Female Biomarker is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app
• We are not liable for data loss, device damage, or other indirect damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Private Female Biomarker responsibly and ethically:

• Only for legitimate personal health tracking purposes
• In compliance with all applicable laws
• Without violating anyone else's rights or privacy
• Without harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We'll notify you of material changes through the app or email if we have contact information.

Account & Subscription

No Account Required: Private Female Biomarker does not require you to create an account. Your data is stored exclusively on your device.

Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, your purchase is final. Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime through Apple's App Store subscription settings.

Intellectual Property

Private Female Biomarker and all its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, and text) are the exclusive property of Private Female Biomarker and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written permission.

Termination

Your license to use Private Female Biomarker automatically terminates if you violate any of these terms. You may also delete the app and terminate your license at any time. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the app from your devices.

Privacy & Data

Your use of Private Female Biomarker is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

Apple's Standard EULA

These terms supplement but do not replace Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. In case of conflict, Apple's EULA governs as it relates to Apple's platforms and services.

Severability
