No account required
MuscleGuard does not require sign-in or run advertising networks inside the app. Subscription billing is handled by Apple through the App Store.
AI is optional
A small set of features can send a photo, OCR text, or aggregated summary for analysis only when you tap an AI action. If you never tap those features, that data never leaves your device.
